MINI-ROOK / BUILD LOG 003
A workshop inventory. A queue of ideas.
Project boundaries and the first local Growth Draft Queue
Chapter II — Finding His Wings →
Historical development snapshot. Some features may have changed since publication; this entry preserves its original checkpoint.
TECHNICAL CHECKPOINT
What this build actually records.
- Stack and method
- Python · explicit project registry · local draft storage
- Recorded progress
- Inventory and draft-queue code written; no runtime pass at this checkpoint.
- Still open at this checkpoint
- Syntax/API/UI checks, restart persistence and explicit approval states.
Software development on an existing workstation. This entry does not establish a new robot, custom hardware build or autonomous publishing capability.
01 / BUILD LOG 003
Stop guessing what is in the workshop.
A follow-up to the first memory test exposed a gap: asked which projects it could inspect, Mini-Rook guessed from retrieved notes. The new response reports the explicit project registry directly, without asking the language model to invent an inventory.
Workshop Awareness reads only allowlisted documentation for CharacterForge and Mini-Rook. It does not explore arbitrary directories or execute commands.
02 / BUILD LOG 003
Give ideas somewhere to wait.
The first Growth Draft Queue lets the user request marketing copy and deliberately save an AI reply as a local draft. Saved entries stay in draft status; nothing is sent to a publishing platform.
This is a place to collect and review ideas, not an autonomous social media agent.
03 / BUILD LOG 003
Code written is not a milestone verified.
At this checkpoint, intermittent bridge timeouts prevented the new inventory and queue changes from completing syntax, API and UI smoke tests. Build Log 004 records the later user-observed inventory and draft-save results.
Restart persistence, explicit review and approval states, and any future channel integration remain separate test gates. Remote/mobile access is not enabled; the app remains local and unauthenticated.
